The Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences & Technology is a coeducational public university with its main campus located in Gulshan Town, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Maulvi Abdul Haq (Urdu: مولوی عبد الحق) (1870 – 1961) scholar and linguist, who is also regarded as Baba-e-Urdu (Urdu: بابائے اردو) (Father of Urdu). He was a champion of the Urdu language and the demand for it to be made the national language of Pakistan.

Pakistan Engineering Council recognition

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with specializaioin in Electronics is accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council upto intake of year 2004.visit [1] for details.This recognition is considered to be a great achievement of university as many universities and their degrees in Pakistan are yet to get this recognition. This also helped in image building of university in terms of students intake and job placement in the market.

Karachi, Pakistan does not have many skyscrapers due to a low Floor Area Ratio. Most of the high rise buildings are in the southern portion of the city, where space is at a premium.
